# Call-to-Action

Currently Esperchain is in the R\&D phase. We're looking mostly for:

* developers willing to help us build testnets and test some on-chain machine learning (mostly Rust + Solidity is needed, no ML knowledge necessary)
* grants from protocols or ecosystems (Cosmos, Polkadot, zk EVMs & others)

## Next steps

Our main objectives right now are:

* run a testnet with a decentralized training of a sample ML model (e.g. GPT-2) with a simple scenario: Person A wants to train the model, paying in $GPU tokens, Person B & Person C shares their GPUs for the training and receives $GPU tokens after succesful training (1 $GPU for 1 hour of training).
* get a **grant to hire blockchain developers (Solidity, Rust)**. Test the above scenario on multiple existing layer 1s.
